The beginnings

Fifty-six hectares of land were acquired on the baks of the Paraná river, being the starting point of Terminal 6 S.A.
1985

First shipment

During the folowing two years, the South berth was built, and the first shipment took place in 1987.
1987

Barge unloading facility

In 1990, the barge unloading facility started operation for receiving products coming from Bolivia and Paraguay.
1990

De Smet crushing plant

The industrial production began in 1998 with the start-up of De Smet. It had a daily crushing capacity of 4.800 tons per day. Nowadays, this plant crushes over 9.000 tons per day.
1998

Crown crushing plant

The second soybean crushing plant, named Crown, began its production in 2005, with a daily crushing capacity of 8.000 tons, increasing its production to 11.000 tons in the present.
2005

Oleochemical plants

In 2007, the production of biodisel and crude glycerin started. Two years later, the production of pharmacopeia quality refined glycerin (99,7% purity, USP25) began.
2009

Oleochemical plants enlargement

In 2011, the Pretreatment and the Biodiesel plants were enlarged. In the present, each plant produces in daily bases, 2.000 tons and 1.500 tons respectively.
